Published by TMC (tmcltd.com) for the Tikxio Ticket Assistant Chrome extension.
Tikxio Ticket Assistant helps signed-in Tikxio users create support tickets from Chrome.
Data is used only to authenticate the user, analyze an optional screenshot to pre-fill ticket fields, and submit the reviewed ticket to Tikxio. Nothing is submitted without the user's explicit confirmation.
Ticket data and attachments are sent to the Tikxio backend. Optional screenshots and page context are sent to the extension backend and Google Gemini for analysis. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used for any purpose unrelated to the ticket-submission feature.
Authentication tokens are stored in Chrome extension storage, preferably chrome.storage.session, and cleared when the browser session ends. All network transmission uses HTTPS/TLS. API keys and server credentials are stored only on the backend, never in the extension bundle. Screenshots are not retained by the backend after analysis and ticket forwarding. Submitted tickets and attachments are retained by Tikxio according to the relevant tenant's retention policy.
The extension's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing ticket-submission feature. It is not used for advertising, unrelated analytics, resale, or transfer to third parties except as required to provide the feature described above.
Users can decline screenshot capture and fill tickets manually, and can revoke screenshot consent in the extension settings. For data-deletion requests, contact the Tikxio support administrator for the relevant tenant; tickets already submitted are managed under Tikxio's data-retention and deletion process.
